Ownership:

TOFINA ROM –Creates a limited liability company as the project vehicle for each project. This company is the one that initially
owns the plot. Each project is independent of all the other projects.

Once a project is completed, each buyer is given a sub lease from the company for the unit(s) held. A lease is an acceptable legal title. In addition each member is given a share in the management company.
